Common questions
What tools do I need?
A Claude or ChatGPT subscription ($20/month) is the only hard requirement. Notion or a similar note system is helpful. Everything else is optional. ConsultKit apps complement several CoS services but are not required to participate.
I already use ChatGPT. Is this still for me?
Probably — if you're using it ad hoc but don't have a consistent system. Using ChatGPT when you think of it is different from having a Chief of Staff. Most consultants who use AI casually get about 20% of the potential value. The CoS framework unlocks the other 80%.
Is this a live cohort or a recorded course?
Live. All 4 sessions run live on Zoom. We don't sell recorded access — the value is in the real-time build and group Q&A. Sessions are recorded and shared with cohort members only.
What if I miss a session?
We strongly recommend attending all 4 sessions live. If you miss one, the recording is available to cohort members.
What happens after the cohort?
You have a running Chief of Staff. If you want ongoing support, Office Hours is $250/month — group Q&A, available to past cohort members. Private coaching is available at $250/hour.
Is there a guarantee?
Show up to all 4 sessions and implement the work between calls. If you don't have at least 5 of the 10 CoS services running by the end of week 4, we'll schedule a follow-up private session at no charge.
When does the first cohort start?
June 15, 2026
